Article 2 - Legal Capacity of the User:

  • The user acknowledges having the legal capacity according to Sharia and law to engage with the store, or that they are at least 18 years old.

  • The user agrees that any breach of this article holds them responsible for the consequences before third parties.

Article 3 - Souni Store's Obligation:

Souni's obligation towards consumers is to provide the service or product. Additional services, such as after-sales services, may be provided based on the type of service or product requested.

Article 4 - Guidelines for Using the Souni Store:

  • The user agrees to use the store in accordance with public morals and the applicable laws in Saudi Arabia.

  • The user agrees that any purchase from Souni will not be used in a manner that violates public morals and applicable laws.

  • Failure to comply with any of the above gives Souni the right to suspend or cancel your membership.

Article 6 - Electronic Communications and Official Means of Communication:

  • The parties agree that communication is conducted through the number and email registered in the store.

  • The user agrees that all agreements and communications provided electronically hold the same weight as written communications.

  • The user agrees that Souni may send messages regarding terms or dealings through public announcements to all or specific users.

  • The customer agrees that Souni may use order images or designs unless they contain personal photos or sensitive information.

Article 7 - Amendments to the Terms of Use and Fees:

  • Souni may inform you of any changes to the agreement, which may increase your obligations or decrease your rights.

  • If you disagree with any modifications, you are requested to stop using the store. By accessing your account, you accept the changes in full.

  • All fees are calculated in Saudi Riyals, and users must pay all applicable fees during any purchase.

  • Souni retains the right to adjust or add fees without prior notice.

Article 8 - Payment Services in Souni:

  • Souni, through its partners, provides payment options available online, following standard market prices.

  • Souni commits to providing receipts for all transactions and follows recognized accounting standards.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia.

Article 15 - General Provisions:

Any invalid clause in this agreement does not affect the validity of the remaining clauses. Arabic is the governing language for interpreting this agreement.

Souni reserves the right to adjust prices and promotions and holds the customer responsible for order selection and size choice. Once an order is in process, it cannot be canceled without a valid reason.
