At our store, we strive to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience. Please read the following shipping and customs policy carefully before placing your order:

Shipping & Processing Time

• The standard processing and shipping period extends from 2 weeks. up to 4 weeks
• For custom or special design products, the production and shipping time may exceed 6 weeks due to the additional craftsmanship required.
• If you order items that are already in stock, the shipping period may vary but typically takes a maximum of 4 to 7 business days.

• The store is not responsible for the recipient not receiving the order.

• The applicant will be notified of non-receipt and will be notified 
  by a message containing a specific period during which the application
   will be responded to and received for the second time. Failure to respond

Order Delays & Modifications

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled as the processing begins immediately.
• Please note that any delays in shipping are beyond our control, as they depend on factors such as logistics, courier services, and customs clearance in your country.
• We appreciate your patience and understanding in case of any unexpected shipping delays.
• In case we start a new product for the client whether it's the same order or not it counts within a new processing time
